Our mission here is to help families and our youth to make the connection in giving a helping hand to those in need.
We are here to discover our talents, develop our skills and learn to work together as a team, as a local and eventually, global family.
At Community Kids Workers, we thinking globally, but act locally. Our commitment is in giving our youth the chance to work and calm idle hands.
Teamed Style
Working as a team is crucial because it allows individuals with different skill sets and perspectives to come together and collaborate towards a common goal. When our youth work together, they can complement each other's strengths, share knowledge and ideas, and support each other. We believe in teams for we are stronger together.
Breaking Away from the Norm
To us here, it is important for teens to enjoy work and keep themselves occupied to avoid having idle hands, which can lead to boredom, negative behavior, and even mental health problems. Working and staying active can help teens develop important skills, gain independence, and feel a sense of accomplishment. And we feel here at Community Kids Workers - we can give families and our youth that chance.
